Recent monsoon rains flooded the southern Indian state of Kerala, devastating entire communities as many thousands of people became displaced from their homes, and businesses and farmlands were destroyed. Biogrow India is based in Tamil Nadu, the neighbouring state to Kerala, and while we remained perilously close to the disaster, our proximity also made it easier for us to provide humanitarian relief for those affected by the floods. Coordinating with other businesses in the area, we sent trucks full of emergency supplies such as clothing, rice, water and other food items to the worst affected areas, and our support remains ongoing as the entire state struggles to regain itself.
